The New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award was recently given out at a luncheon. The Green Team New Jersey Realty was recognized for “excellence in salesmanship.” The Silver Awards – which recognize those who have rung up sales worth $6.5 million and a minimum of 20 units – was presented to Charles Nagy and Theodore Van Laar.
Meanwhile, Tathiana Cespedes of Upper Montclair Sales Gallery, Christie’s International Real Estate NJ, received the Rising Star Award. The award – presented annually by Greater Bergen Realtors (GBR) is given to those in the industry who demonstrate a high level of professionalism as well as a “moral and ethical character” in their industry dealings.
In addition, Warren/Watchung affiliate Kyle Boylan was named a finalist of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 program.
